St. Elmo School Board Acts on Several Personnel Matters

The St. Elmo Board of Education Monday took action on a number of personnel matters, including the naming of their coaches for next school year.

The Board re-employed Amy Schimmelpfenning, Tina Ashdown, James Meganhardt, Erick Somodi, Adam Hall, Cody Rincker and Douglas Thurnau for next year.  The Board also authorized the non-reemployment of Jessica Manuel as Pre-K/Early Childhood Education teacher and authorized the honorable dismissal of LaTosha Schroeder as Pre-K/Early Childhood Education Teacher Aide as of the end of the school year.

The St. Elmo Board honorably released all of its coaches as of the end of the school year.  The move allows St. Elmo and Brownstown to appoint the coaches of the teams they'll host next school year.  It's part of the process to fully implement a sports cooperative between the two districts.
