14 Positive Cases of COVID in Shelby County; 10 From Long-Term Care Facility

Shelby County Health Department Tuesday announced 14 county residents have tested positive for COVID-19.

Health Department officials say 10 of the positive cases involve a long-term care facility.

Four of the positive cases are presenting mild symptoms, eight are asymptomatic, one has moderate symptoms, and one person was hospitalized. 

Shelby County's positivity rate continued to rise, to 9.7%, which is above the warning level.
