In the midst of Thursday's hearing involving State Representaive Darren Bailey and Governor J.B. Prtizker, another case was considered in Clay County Circuit Court.

The other case involved James Mainer and Deluxe Tan vs. the governor. In May, Judge Michael McHaney granted a Temporary Restraining Order against Mainer and Deluxe Tan having to comply with the governor's stay at home order. During the Thursday hearing, before proceedings in the Bailey vs. Pritzker case got underway, the judge granted attorney Thomas Devore's oral motion to withdraw the TRO.

It was indicated that further filings would be forthcoming in the case. The indication is that Mainer and Deluxe Tan would be seeking a motion for summary judgement to be granted. Nothing was on file in the matter as of early Monday morning.
