James Mainer and Deluxe Tan have been granted a Temporary Restraining Order against the governor's stay at home order. The TRO was granted during a hearing Friday afternoon in Clay County Circuit Court in Louisville.

Marion County Judge Michael McHaney, currently handling the daily call in Clay County, denied the TRO on one count but granted it on two other counts brought by Mainer and Deluxe Tan.

Thomas Verticchio of the Illinois Attorney General's Office requested that the TRO be stayed until the AG's Office appealed the ruling, but that was denied.

A status hearing in the matter is set for 1pm on June 5.
