Local Businessman Helps Veterans Raise Funds

An Effingham businessman has helped local veterans organizations in their fundraising efforts.

Wortman Printing owner Del Wortman, a veteran, has designed, produced and donated over 600 2020 wall calendars featuring all of the area's veterans memorials. Wortman donated the calendars to local American Legion posts to sell as a fundraiser.

Dieterich American Legion Post #628 donated $500 of calendar proceeds to the Dieterich Liberty Memorial Park veterans memorial for upkeep of the memorial.
