Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker laid out several steps to try and help the many businesses hurt by the state's response to coronavirus.

It's a $90 million plan consisting of loans and grants for many businesses suffering under the weight of stay-at-home orders and other fallout from COVID-19.

One program is aimed directly at the state's small family-run restaurants, bars and hotels.

Pritzker said full details are on the state's coronavirus.Illinois.gov website.
