The City of Effingham has released a list of local restaurants and their status.

- Arby's : Drive-thru
- Burger King: Drive-thru
- China Express: Carry-out and delivery
- Culvers: Drive-thru open (for orders greater than 5 call ahead)
- Dairy Queen: Drive-thru
- Daylight Donuts: Drive-thru
- Danny's Bar and Grill : Menu items available at drive-thru window
- Dunkin Donuts: Drive-thru
- Firefly: Closed
- Chili’s Bar and Grill: DoorDash and curbside pickup
- Chipotle: Open for guests to come in and order food to-go, carryout, curbside and delivery through door dash
- Classic Thai Restaurant: delivery and pick up
- Cracker Barrel Country Store: To-go orders
- Denny’s on Evergreen: Online orders
- Effing Brew Co.; Delivery and take out Thursday-Saturday 3:00-9:00pm
