Another delay in the attempted murder case of Trevor McCammack in Fayette County.

The 33-year-old McCammack is charged in the shooting of David Troxell of Brownstown in September. McCammack is charged with aggravated battery with a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm as well as attempted first degree murder.

Troxell went to a rural residence and sought assistance, saying he had been shot. He was taken for treatment and McCammack was taken into custody later that morning.

McCammack had been due for a pre-trial hearing in December, but that hearing was continued until January. During a Tuesday hearing, the matter was continued until March 10.

McCammack is being held under $1 million bond.
