One Injured in Thursday Crash at FedEx

One man was injured in a crash Thursday evening.

The crash happened just before 6pm at 900 South Outer Belt West, when a semi driven by 65-year-old James Floyd of Texarkana, Texas struck and damaged a light pole owned by FedEx. 

Floyd was injured and was taken by private vehicle for treatment at HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.

No citations were issued.
