Effingham County Fair Queen Shayna Phillips and Jr. Miss Hali Kreke presented awards at the 2019 Effingham County 4-H Achievement Night. Easy Riders 4-H club hosted the event where 4-H members and leaders celebrated another successful 4-H year.

Nathan Hill was the big winner taking home the Newlin Martin Scholarship, Lori Voelker Award, County 4-H Award, 10 Year Member Award and Top 4-H Member Award.
Cindy Mathis and Janet Willenborg were inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame.

Top members were, front row, left to right,  Jessica Larsen and Sierra Kreke. Back row, left to right, Queen Shayna Phillips, Alexis VanDyke, Isabelle Watkins, Anthony Kreke, Nathan Hill, Grace Schumacher and Jr. Miss Hali Kreke.

My Experience award winners were, front row, left to right, Jessica Larsen and Sierra Kreke. Back row, left to right, Jr. Miss Hali Kreke, Kaden Watkins, Isabelle Watkins, Anthony Kreke and Queen Shayna Phillips.

President, vice president, secretary/treasurer awards went to left to right, Jr. Miss Hali Kreke, Jessica Larsen filling in for Katelyn Larsen, Anthony Kreke and Queen Shayna Phillips.

Newlin Martin Scholarship award went to, left to right, Jr. Miss Hali Kreke, Todd Martin, Grace Schumacher, Nathan Hill and Queen Shayna Phillips.

Citizenship Washington Focus went to left to right, Queen Shayna Phillips, Ely VanDyke and Jr. Miss Hali Kreke.

 

The Lori Voelker Award went to, left to right, Elsie Voelker, Nathan Hill, Ron Voelker, Lisa Hill, Queen Shayna Phillips and Jr. Miss Hali Kreke.

Inducted into the 4-H Hall of Fame were, left to right, Janet Willenborg and Cindy Mathis.
