Unit 40 Board Holds Special Session

Effingham Unit 40 school board members Thursday acted on three personnel matters.

The Board transferred Marlene Ruholl to a 5-1/2 hour cook's position at the high school, accepted the resignation of Shari Long as a nurse paraprofessional, and accepted the retirement of Greg Lankford as head custodian at the Early Learning Center.

The Board also placed a student on principal's probation, and purchased Envision Math leaflets for first and second graders.
