The coronation took place at halftime of Friday night's Homecoming Game, which the Hearts won 42-0 over Mattoon.

The new royalty was crowned by retiring Queen and King Kaylee Phillips and Kaleb Kihne, although Prather had to wait until after the game as he was busy playing football. Kihne had found himself in the same situation last year.
