Tuesday Morning Two Vehicle Accident

Effingham City police handled a two vehicle accident Tuesday morning at 10:30. A vehicle driven by Ashley N. Miller, 27 of Effingham, turned into the path of and was struck by a vehicle at 908 W. Fayette driven by Larry J. Fearday, 70, also from Effingham. 

 

There were no injuries. 

Miller was ticketed for Failure to Yield.
