City Police Report on Accidents

On Tuesday, July 9 at 10:54 A.M. at the intersection of Charlotte and Lilly a vehicle driven by Heidi M. Hood, 29, of Janesville, struck a vehicle driven by Roy S. Bowen, 65, of Kinmundy. 

There were no injuries, however, Hood was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. 

On Friday, July 12 at 4:42 P.M. at the intersection of Fayette and Banker a vehicle driven by Stacy M. Rosenkoetter, 48, of Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Sean R. Wilson, 36, of El Paso, TX. 

No injuries were reported. Rosenkoetter was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
