No agreement was reached Tuesday night in talks between the Effingham Unit 40 Board of Education and the Effingham Educational Support Professionals Association, but another bargaining session has been scheduled.

Unit 40 Superintendent Mark Doan said negotiators for the two parties continue to work towards a contract settlement. Doan said proposals continue to be presented.

The next mediation session has been scheduled for June 11.
