Wilhour Sponsors Legislative Honor in Memory of Chuck Keller

As members of his family looked on, the Illinois House Thursday paid honor to former State Representative Chuck Keller of Effingham, who died earlier this year.

Keller was elected to five consecutive terms in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1968 to 1977.

State Representative Blaine Wilhour of Beecher City sponsored House Resolution 125, which "mourns the death of former Illinois State Representative Charles F. Keller."

A copy of the resolution honoring Keller's memory is being prepared for presentation to the Keller family.
