Jefferson Avenue Water Main Project Update

Inclement weather has temporarily halted water main work on Jefferson Avenue in downtown Effingham.

Due to the rain and related weather, B & T will not be on-site the remainder of the week. They are scheduled to be on-site Monday and will be working at Fourth Street and Jefferson Avenue. There will be Lane and parking closures at this intersection. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes.
