(THE 2019 ST. ANTHONY BELLETTES ARE ONCE AGAIN HEADED FOR STATE FINAL COMPETITION THIS WEEKEND IN BLOOMINGTON)

The St. Anthony Bellettes are once again headed for State competition.

The squad, coached by Lynn Buenker and Tarah Haskenherm, finished fourth at the IHSA Sectional competition at Mascoutah Saturday.

The top six teams from each Sectional qualify, so 30 teams will be competing at the State Prelims this Friday. The goal is to finish in the Top 12 Friday to advance to the State finals this Saturday. The state competition will be held at Grossinger Motors Arena in Bloomington and streamed online at IHSA.org.

This is the IHSA's seventh year hosting the Competitive Dance State Competition. The Bellettes have qualified six of the seven years.

This year's dancers are seniors Allie Dasenbrock, Kaitlyn Dust, Sophia Moore and Anthony Zaccari; juniors Bryonna Meskiman and Catherine Willenborg; and sophomores Peyton Ellis, Megan Koenig, Macy Ludwig, Morgan Schuette and Reagan Westendorf.
