The battle against cancer got a big shot in the arm Friday night at the Pinkout Game played at the Enlow Center.

A big crowd turned out from both St. Anthony and from Stewardson-Strasburg and fans of both teams "got their pink on" last night.  So did the Bulldogs players and cheerleaders and Bellettes and the Dawgpound and...well, you get the idea.

Members of the St. Anthony Student Council presented a check for proceeds raised from various sales activities to representatives of St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital's Women's Wellness Center.

Special recognition was given to St. Anthony Schools' three breast cancer survivors...Tammy Keller, Sandy Gillespie and Rosa Milleville.

Bulldogs players wore pink shoelaces, as seen below.

Here's a shot of some of the Bulldogs' fandom...

The cheerleaders and Bellettes led the Bulldogs' fight song replete in pink...

And, the student fans section known as the Dawg Pound got into the action...

Thanks to Millie Lange for the photo retrospective!!
