Christmas Open House Held Sunday at The Cross

(THE BRONZE STATUE OF THE NATIVITY, THE FIRST IN A SERIES OF OUTDOOR STATUARY TO BE LOCATED ON THE CROSS GROUNDS BEGINNING IN 2019)

A festive atmosphere was experienced Sunday at the Christmas Open House at The Cross at the Crossroads.

(BARB AND LAWRENCE CARIE WERE AMONG THOSE IN ATTENDANCE SUNDAY)

Nativities from around the world were featured again this year, and a life-sized bronze statue of the Nativity was unveiled. The Nativity will be part of the permanent displays to be placed on the Cross grounds beginning in 2019.

Live music featuring the On High vocal group from First Presbyterian Church and the FACE Community Orchestra was part of the celebration, along with free refreshments and make and take Christmas crafts, door prizes and coloring books for children.
