Noon Rotarian Charlie Brumleve said people periodically ask him, "what does your son do for a living?"

Charlie invited son Jonathan to Noon Rotary's November 14 meeting to answer that question.

Jonathan Brumleve works for WMG Development. It's the real estate arm of Workman Management Group, owned and operated by Heartland Dental founder Dr. Rick Workman and the Workman Family.

Jonathan explained that WMG Development works to identify locations for dental practices owned or managed by Heartland Dental. He said they focus on standalone locations for the dental practices, but have done some projects where retailers and restaurants share a building with a dental practice. Former banks are among the buildings that have been repurposed for dental practices.

Meanwhile, Heartland Dental is working with more than 500 landlords on facilities for dental operations.

WMG has 339 locations in 32 states and continue to expand.

The Rotary weekly student guest was Luke Ludwig, son of Jeff and Jami Ludwig and a senior at St. Anthony High School.
