RISE Open House at Library Today

The Effingham Public Library will offer an Open House for its new Junior High After-School Program called RISE today from 4 to 6 p.m. on the Second Floor of the Library.

The After School Program begins on Tuesday, September 4th. Initially it will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 6 p.m. The program will ensure time and space to do homework, a snack and an enrichment program or activity at each session. There is no cost for attending the After-School Program but each child must be registered by a parent.

Further information and registration forms will be available at the Open House. Registration for the program is open to all area 6th through 8th grade but will be limited to the first 20 applicants.
