With the approval of a four-year contract agreement between the Effingham Unit 40 School District and the Effingham Classroom Teachers Association, we took a moment to talk with representatives of both sides about the agreement and what brought about the agreement.

News Director Greg Sapp and other local media spoke with ECTA President Shannon Hall-Nannini and ECTA Treasurer Sandy Lohman following last night's Board vote in favor of ratifying the contract...

Greg also spoke with Unit 40 Superintendent Mark Doan after Monday's meeting about the agreement and where both sides go from here...

Now, attention turns to work with the Effingham Educational Support Staff Association on a contract agreement.
