Comments from Teachers, Superintendent in Aftermath of Unit 40 Contract Approval

With the approval of a four-year contract agreement between the Effingham Unit 40 School District and the Effingham Classroom Teachers Association, we took a moment to talk with representatives of both sides about the agreement and what brought about the agreement.
