Greenville University Selects New Dining Service Company

With a focus on fresh ingredients, made from scratch food and attention to students special dietary needs, Greenville University has selected Fresh Ideas as its newly appointed dining service company, effective with the start of the fall semester.

John Laird, Vice President of Sales and Strategic Initiatives said, “We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with the Greenville campus community and work together in driving student engagement and satisfaction through the dining platform.”

Providing an overall sentiment student body president Jantzen Michael of Effingham said, “I believe that fellowship and community are critical parts of the college experience. I am excited about Fresh Ideas and their commitment to healthy, delicious options that will enhance students’ ability to make the most out of their time at school.”

An advocate for students and someone who knows about services outside of the classroom is Naomi Brown, Director of Residence Life and Housing. Brown said, “At Greenville, we believe that eating with one another can help us shape healthy relationships as well as healthy bodies. This is why I look forward to working with Fresh Ideas to make the Greenville University dining experience the best it has ever been. I couldn't be more excited about welcoming the Fresh Ideas team to GU!”

Guests are encouraged to utilize the Greenville dining Facebook page, as well as the Greenville dining website. Patrons will be able to know what’s on the menu, wherever they are, right from their smartphone.
