The murder case of Glen Ramey in Richland County isn't over yet, even though Ramey pleaded guilty and has been sentenced.

In June, the 54-year-old Ramey filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea to a Class X felony count of predatory criminal sexual assault. Ramey had pleaded guilty in exchange for dismissal of a count of murder in the November 2016 death of eight-year-old Sabrina Stauffenberg of Olney. Ramey was sentenced to 60 years in prison.

During a hearing Friday, Ramey's attorney was granted a request to have transcripts of the proceedings prepared at the County's expense. It was also granted that Ramey will be transported to Olney for the next hearing on September 21. He is being held at Menard State Prison in Chester.
