Proceeds from Sheriff's Posse Ride Awarded to Crisis Nursery

The 2018 Sheriff's Posse Ride, a motorcycle fundraiser for a local charity in Effingham County, was held to benefit Crisis Nursery of Effingham County.

With the help of many local merchants in the county, the Sheriff's Office, volunteers and the local Blue Knights chapter, $5,253 was raised for Crisis Nursery. The amount includes a $500 donation from the Blue Knights.

Effingham County Sheriff Dave Mahon and Posse Ride Chairperson Cheryl Brian extended thanks to Legacy Harley-Davidson and the other local businesses who contributed to the effort.
