Chris Swing Named President, COO of Vantage Outsourcing

Vantage Outsourcing Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ann Deters, announced the recent promotion of current Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chris Swing, to serve as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Swing has been the CFO of Vantage Outsourcing since 2012, and member of their Board of Directors since 2014. Swing will assume the day-to-day operations of the cataract surgery outsourcing company. His responsibilities will now include the full operational scope of the company, including Finance & Accounting, Sales & Operations and Human Resource departments.

Prior to joining Vantage Outsourcing, Swing worked at Pinnacle Foods as a Senior Cost Manager. He attended both Lake Land College and Eastern Illinois University (EIU) before earning his MBA from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in Accounting. Swing currently resides in Lerna, IL with his wife and daughter.
