Funding Available to Support Effingham County Youth Programming

Applications for the Bill and Jacquelyn Jordan Anderson Fund for Youth are now available from Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation. Grant requests must benefit youth in Effingham County as outlined in the grant application criteria. This year there is $4,000 available for grants to qualified organizations.

Applicants can view eligibility details and apply for the grant by visiting www.enrichingourcommunity.org/Grants. 

The deadline for application is Tuesday, July 10 before midnight.

As renowned local artists, Bill and Jacquelyn Jordan Anderson were deeply involved in the development of community programs designed to benefit youth in Effingham County. They felt the future of a community depended on the strength of its youth.
