McAlister's Deli Could be Coming to Effingham

The former Lone Star Steakhouse could become a McAlister's Deli. 

An Effingham Plan Commision meeting to be held Tuesday, June 12 at 6:00pm includes a site plan for McAlister's Deli on the agenda. According to the plan there would be a remodel of the building at 1507 Hampton Dr. to accomodate the restuarant which specializes in salads, sandwiches, and baked potatoes. 

McAlister's Deli orginated in Oxford, Mississippi in 1989. They have since expanded to over 400 restaurants in 28 states.
