Details on Crash in Watson Township Monday Morning

A Dieterich woman was injured in a crash in Watson Township just after 7:30 Monday morning.

The crash happened on 875th Road, an eighth-mile east of 1425th Street, just east of Heartville.

Effingham County sheriff's deputies report a car driven by 62-year-old Marsha Courson was westbound when Courson lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle ran off the roadway to the right, then came back across the road to the left, went down a slope and overturned. The car came to rest on its wheels.

Courson was injured and was taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham.
