South Central High School Recognized Again by US News and World Report

South Central High School in Farina has been named a Best High School in U.S. News and World Report as a Bronze Winner again this year.

The U.S. News Best High Schools in Illinois included 13 gold medal schools, 54 silver medal schools and 116 bronze medal schools.

Only 183 out of 670 eligible high schools were award the title of Best High Schools in Illinois.

South Central Superintendent Kerry Herdes said, “we are honored and very proud that South Central High School was in the Top 30% of High Schools in Illinois, and received this honor for a second year.”
