Mattoon Police Investigating Burglary of Drugs

Mattoon police are investigating a burglary of drugs that occurred at Walgreens, located at 212 S. Logan in Mattoon.

The burglary occurred during the early morning hours Tuesday. Subjects gained entry into the store while it was closed, and stole various amounts of prescription drugs before leaving.
