The Federal Aviation Administration says the plane that crashed last week at the Centralia airport stalled during takeoff.

The FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.

The pilot, the only person aboard the plane, was treated for head, leg and internal injuries. The pilot, whose name has not been released, was being trained by Airgo, the registered owner of the aircraft.
