T-Town's Wittni Cotton Finished 6th at State

Congratulations to Teutopolis High School senior Wittni Cotton, who finished sixth in the state at the Illinois Drill Team Association State Meet Saturday.

Wittni, the daughter of John and Shelli Cotton of Teutopolis, had qualified for the finals with her performance Friday night. She was the final performer in Friday's qualifying.

The T-Town senior had reached State qualifying with a win at the regional competition last week in Mattoon.

This weekend's state competition was held at Bank of Springfield Center in Springfield, the former Prairie Capitol Convention Center.
