A trial date has been set for a Decatur man charged in the shooting death of a Windsor man.

20-year-old Ryan Waters faces four counts of murder and a count of armed robbery with a firearm. The counts stem from the shooting death of Zachary Hubbartt of Windsor who was found dead in a house in Decatur on August 27.

Waters' trial date was set for April 16 during a hearing in Macon County Circuit Court Monday. A co-defendant Jason White is to be in court on Tuesday.

A third person charged in the matter, Autumn Billings of Decatur is charged with obstruction of justice. She is due to go on trial on April 2.

Decatur police were called dispatched to an abandoned house in Decatur where Hubbartt's body was found. An autopsy determined that Hubbartt's death was due to multiple gunshot wounds.
