A truck-trailer and a truck collided in a rural part of Fayette County Tuesday morning, injuring one of the drivers.

The crash happened just after 7am east of St. Peter.

State police report the truck-trailer driven by 67-year-old Alan Hill of Louisville traveled into the intersection and was struck by the truck driven by 42-year-old Robert Snow of St. Peter. Snow was injured and was taken to Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia.

Both drivers were cited; Hill for disobeying a stop sign, Snow for not wearing a seat belt.
