A Springfield man is again free on bond following an Effingham County court appearance Wednesday.

33-year-old Charles L. Young is charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and criminal sexual assault for actions against an underage girl while working as a traveling dance instructor here. Young is alleged to have violated terms of his bond that indicated he have no contact with anyone under age 18, other than his daughter. Prosecutors say Young went to a school for a presentation and didn't immediately leave when he learned children were present.

Judge Allan Lolie Wednesday doubled Young's bond to $50,000, meaning another $2,500 cash would need to be posted for Young to again be released. The additional bond was posted later Wednesday.

Young's trial is set for November 27, with a final pre-trial hearing on November 16.
