Neoga Man Injured in Fayette County Crash

State Police investigations report at 2:48 Saturday afternoon pickup trucks driven by Charles Moritz, 65, of Neoga and Caleb Price, 30 of Pana were traveling on Interstate 70 East Bound at mile post 62 in Fayette County. Price was in the left lane passing Moritz when Moritz came over the center line and struck Price. 

Both units traveled into the median. Moritz veered back across the roadway on Interstate 70 east bound where it struck a guardrail then was high centered on a bridge wall. 

Moritz was transported to Fayette County Hospital for treatment of injuries and was charged with Improper Lane Use.
