Pam Hemmen Named to Dieterich Bank Board of Directors

Dieterich Bank, N.A. a local community bank with eight branch locations providing financial products and services to customers since 1909, announced the appointment of Pam Hemmen to its Board of Directors.

Hemmen is Vice President of Technology Services and Dental Professional Relations with Patterson Companies, Inc., a $5 billion industry-leading specialty distributor, serving the dental and animal health supply markets.

Presently, Hemmen is responsible for Patterson Companies Shared Business Services, with 450+ employees serving 100,000 customers in North America. As executive manager of the Patterson Technology Center, Hemmen oversees operations that include sales and contact center customer support. Her leadership also encompasses Patterson’s Office Supplies manufacturing division in Champaign, IL.

Hemmen received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Quincy University and began her career with EagleSoft, Inc. in 1994 as a sales representative prior to advancing to the executive level marketing management ranks. In 2014, Hemmen received a certificate in the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Hemmen has served on a variety of boards that reflect her experience in the healthcare industry and service to the community, including St. Anthony Memorial Hospital Advisory Council (Effingham, IL), American Dental Association Foundation (Chicago, IL); and Patterson Foundation (St. Paul, MN). In 2010, Hemmen was named among the “Top 25 Women in Dentistry” by Dental Products Report, recognizing her contributions to the dental industry.

Of her appointment, Hemmen said, “I’m happy to be part of shaping the future of Dieterich Bank for our customers and the communities we serve.”

Dieterich Bank’s Board of Directors is currently made up of Tom Niebrugge, Chuck Deters, Steve Will, Thomas Wegman, Ronald Probst, Henry Stephens, Gerald Schultz, James Schultz, Tom Wright, Bob Willenborg and Jim Calhoon.
