Three Area Residents' Results from National High School Rodeo

Three area residents competed this year at the National High School Rodeo Association finals. The event was held July 16-22 in Gillette, Wyoming.

Brooke Haller, a student at Teutopolis High School, competed in the Rodeo Queen competition and finished 17th.

Coltin Rauch of Herrick, a student at Cowden-Herrick High School, finished 9th in the Tie Down Roping competition, having finished 5th in his performance.

Stetson Bierman of Hidalgo, a student at Newton Community High School, finished 4th in his Bareback Riding competition, ending 36th by average.
