The Effingham County Fair Little Miss Pigtail competition is full for 2017.

Contest Coordinator Korrie Hartke said all of the participants will be receiving a letter in the mail this coming week. Harke will not be able to return phone calls.

Hartke said they could have easily had more than 30 little girls participate, and hopes that anyone who didn't make the deadline will join the competition next year.
