County EMA Encourages Reporting of Storm Damage

In an effort to obtain information on the scope and severity of the storms and flooding experienced starting on April 28, Effingham County residents who have suffered damage to their homes or businesses are encouraged to phone Effingham County Emergency Management Agency at 217-540-1669 to report their damage.

Those reporting will be required to fill out an online initial damage assessment form, which can be found at www.co.effingham.il.us/emergency-management. This form must be submitted to IEMA by 12 noon Wednesday, May 17.
