Loudon Machine Acquired by Goss International

Loudon Machine, Inc. today announced that it has been acquired by Goss International, a global supplier of presses and finishing systems for magazine, newspaper, catalog, packaging, direct mail, and other printing applications.

Goss is headquartered in Durham, New Hampshire and has major facilities in North and South America, Asia and Europe as well as a global parts, aftermarket services and service support network.

Loudon Machine specializes in the worldwide supply of bindery equipment, parts and service to the commercial printing industry. Co-owned by brothers Boone and Noah Brandenburger, Loudon Machine is located in Effingham.

“We were impressed with Loudon Machine as a family owned company with a very skilled and talented workforce and a strong commitment to customer service,” says Stan Blakney, Chief Operating Officer of Goss. “The Loudon team in Effingham are an excellent addition to the Goss team.”

Loudon Machine, Inc. will now be known as Goss Loudon, LLC. Goss intends to maintain all of Loudon operations in Effingham and expects to grow the business substantially over the next few years.
