St. Elmo School Board Sets Calendar for Next Year

The St. Elmo Board of Education set the calendar for next school year at Monday's meeting.

The first day for students will be August 17, following a Teacher's Institute on August 16.

The Board also approved an agreement with the Regional Office of Education to participate in alternative education programs, and a two-year agreement was approved with Constellation as the District's energy provider.

Morgan Myers was hired as assistant high school softball coach for this season.
