The Dieterich Village Board will be considering village sewer rates.

Trustees this week noted that rates haven't risen in five years, and a new sewage lagoon just went on line, so the rates will be reviewed.

The Village Board approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Dieterich School District. Under the agreement, the Village will pay up to $15,000/year for the next five years to the school district. The money will reimburse the school district for TIF funds that will go to the village that might have gone to the district in other funds, but also since the school district is not being timely compensated by the State.

The Board also agreed to get prices on new chairs for the Board table, and agreed to release the minutes to the public of three closed sessions of the Board.
