Cumberland School Board Receives Gift from Hayden Foundation

Cumberland school board members this month accepted a gift from the Jay E. Hayden Foundation.

Cumberland Superintendent Todd Butler reported the Foundation contributed $25,000 to the district. The funds will be used for campus safety and security.

The Cumberland board employed Marla Markwell and Melissa Drum as cooks, and employed Debbie Wilson as a teacher aide. The Board also approved the renewal of workers compensation insurance through Employers Insurance.
