St. Anthony Schools Hosting Veterans Program on November 10

St. Anthony Schools will be hosting a Veterans Day Program on Thursday, November 10.

The program will begin with an 8:30am Mass at St. Anthony Catholic Church, to be immediately followed by a program in Goff Gymnasium at St. Anthony Grade School.

St. Anthony Church will celebrate a Mass with St. Anthony Grade School students in grades K-5. Students and Veterans will both have the unique opportunity to serve during this church service; children seating veterans and their families as well as distributing programs, and veterans serving as Eucharistic ministers, gift bearers and readers. Immediately following the mass, Veterans and their families will be welcomed into Goff Gym for an education program conducted by students in grades 3-5.

The program is intended to celebrate the sacrifice offered by our Veterans and their loved ones, and as a way to say thank you for protecting our God given freedoms from enemies foreign and domestic.
