Woman Hit by Vehicle's Side Mirror, Injured

Sharon D. Wetzel, 66, Rockford sustained injures while walking on a grassy area by an unknown vehicle's side mirror at 9:43 p.m. Saturday.

Wetzel was walking on a grassy area being used as a parking lot at 407 S. Henrietta and was struck by the vehicle's mirror as it drove past. She sustained injuries and was transported by private vehicle to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital.
