Another retail store should result from action by the Effingham City Zoning Board of Appeals.

The Board granted a setback variance that will make room for a building that will likely house a retail business. The property is owned by Crossroads Development Group. The parcel of land is just north of Maurice's and Hibbett Sports south off Ford Avenue.

City officials say the developers have not discussed what business might be locating in the building.
