Effingham Rotary Halloween Parade Theme

"Effingham's Finest Olympians" (choose your favorite Olympic sport or favorite Olympian) will be the theme for the 2016 Halloween Parade, to be held Sunday, October 30.

The parade will step off at 2:00pm. The parade will be sponsored again this year by the Effingham Sunrise Rotary.

Line up for the parade will be at 12 noon along Maple Street between Temple and Evergreen Avenues. Groups, organizations, businesses and individuals interested in participating in the parade are asked to complete the entry form and return it to: Halloween Parade, care of Nathan Earnest, 501 East Evergreen, Effingham, IL 62401. Forms are available at West and Company at 501 East Evergreen in Effingham, and the Effingham County Chamber office at 903 North Keller Drive.
